Each week is a working session. Not a lecture.
You leave each week with the system live in your TrainedBy account. Outline below; full syllabus shared with accepted applicants before the deposit clears.
Week 1
Migration + foundation
Move your roster off spreadsheets and chat into TrainedBy in one session. Clients onboarded, payments wired, your /@you page live.
Week 2
Programming systems
Templates, progressions, and the workout cockpit. End the week with a programming library you can hand to any new client in minutes.
Week 3
Nutrition systems
Diet plans, photo-first meal logs, swap mechanics, and the macro reporting clients actually look at. Build your default plans + reuse library.
Week 4
Check-ins + retention
The cadence, the questions, the scripts. The single biggest lever on month-two retention — drilled until it's second nature.
Week 5
Money + pricing
Pricing strategy, payment flows, refund policy, churn handling. Stripe wired through TrainedBy so the dashboard is the source of truth.
Week 6
Marketing + retention loops
Proof Engine, referral codes, weekly wins clients share for you. End the cohort with a customer-acquisition loop that runs without ads.

Cohort dates are confirmed with accepted applicants once we hit quorum — usually within two weeks of your application. Investment is shared on acceptance so we can scope it to your practice; we would rather have a real conversation than post a number that doesn't fit your situation.

FAQ
The questions coaches ask before applying.
Do I need TrainedBy already?
No. If you're accepted, we'll get you live on TrainedBy as part of week 1. If you already have an account (Starter, Pro, or Founding 100), perfect — we'll meet you where you are.
Is the cohort live or recorded?
Live. Six working sessions across six weeks, with the cohort Slack open the whole time. Sessions are recorded so you can re-watch, but the leverage is in showing up live with the rest of the cohort.
What if I miss a week?
Recordings stay accessible for the duration of the cohort and 60 days after. Most weeks build on the previous one, so we'd rather you commit to the six weeks than join half-engaged.
Will my clients have to do anything?
Their experience improves — photo-first logging, weekly check-ins, a real coach dashboard — but the migration happens on your end. Most coaches roll out the new flow in week 2 or 3 once the foundation is wired.
What's the investment?
Shared on acceptance so we can scope it to your practice. Cohort 0 is intentionally not posted as a number — we'd rather have a real conversation about whether the cohort fits your situation than have you self-screen on price alone.
Refunds?
We don't run a refund window on the cohort. The application is the screen — if we don't think you'll get the value back, we won't accept. If you'd prefer to start by paying for the platform alone, Founding 100 is the lower-commitment door.
