We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), fitness profile (height, weight, age, gender, training experience), body composition photographs (front, side, back views), manual body measurements, workout and nutrition data, and communications with your coach.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered body composition analysis, facilitate communication between coaches and clients, track your fitness progress over time, and train and improve our proprietary machine learning models using anonymized data as described below.

3. AI Model Training and Anonymized Data

TrainedBy uses anonymized, de-identified data from the Service to train and improve machine learning models for body composition analysis. This data includes body photographs with faces and identifying features removed or obscured, AI-generated body composition estimates, and user-submitted manual measurements that serve as ground-truth training labels.

This anonymized data may be used to develop and commercialize body composition analysis technology, including APIs and services offered to third-party fitness and health platforms. No personally identifiable information is included in training datasets or shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Anonymized data that has been incorporated into trained machine learning models may persist in aggregate form after account deletion, as it cannot be practically extracted from trained models.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Body scan photographs can be stored in privacy mode, which limits access to AI analysis results only.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of non-essential data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trainedby.fit.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication (Firebase), payment processing, and AI analysis (Google Gemini). These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
