Delete your TrainedBy account

Sign in below to request permanent deletion of your client account and personal data. You can also make the same request from Settings → Delete account in the TrainedBy mobile app.

A seven-day grace period lets you cancel an accidental request. Processing is completed within up to 30 days. Limited financial, fraud-prevention and legal compliance records may be retained where the law requires it.

Account deletion does not cancel or refund coaching services, personalised plans or charges already supplied or incurred. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
