How to request deletion

To request deletion of your TrainedBy account and personal data, email support@trainedby.fit from the email address linked to your TrainedBy account. Use the subject line “Data deletion request” and include whether you are a coach, client, or lead.

What we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including account profile details, lead or client records, coaching messages, progress entries, uploaded photos, check-ins, and notification tokens where applicable.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or audit purposes. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may also be retained, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or legally restricted, we will tell you what we can delete and what must be retained.
