Trainerize confirmed another round of pricing updates for 2026, and the core subscription is only the start: nutrition, video coaching, payments, and automation are priced as separate add-ons, several of which step up again as your client count grows. None of that is a scandal — it is just a pricing model. The question is whether it is still the right one for your business.
- Predictability: TrainedBy is one flat subscription per tier. Every feature in your tier is included — no add-on roulette as you grow.
- Margin: 0% platform fee on client payments. Your Stripe account, your payout history, your merchant relationship.

How the switch works
Three steps. Most of the work is ours.
- 1 — Mapping call (15 minutes). We walk your current setup together: roster, programs, check-ins, payments — and agree what moves and what gets rebuilt cleaner.
- 2 — We migrate you (Pro and Studio, free). Roster and client data move with bulk import. Program and check-in structures get rebuilt into TrainedBy — typically inside a week.
- 3 — Your clients onboard once. They download the TrainedBy app on iOS or Android, open their invite, and training, nutrition, check-ins, and messaging live in one place.
You keep your Stripe account throughout, and the 14-day trial runs in parallel with your current platform — switch when the new system is ready, not before.

Questions coaches ask before switching
The fine print, answered straight.
Is the migration really free?
On Pro and Studio, yes. We move your roster with bulk import and rebuild your program and check-in structure into TrainedBy with you. Starter coaches get a guided setup call instead — with a handful of clients there is usually little to migrate and the call covers it.
How long does switching take?
Most migrations complete within a week of the mapping call. Your clients onboard to the TrainedBy app in a day — they download it on iOS or Android, open their invite, and everything is in one place from then on.
Do I have to cancel my current platform before starting?
No. The 14-day free trial is designed to run in parallel with your current tool, so you switch when the new system is ready — not while it is half-built. Nobody should coach out of two systems for long.
Will my clients pay anything for the app?
No. The TrainedBy client app on iOS and Android is included with your subscription, and TrainedBy takes 0% of your client payments — Stripe routes them direct to your bank.
What if it doesn't work out?
Your clients and their data stay yours. Export any time, cancel any time. No lock-in games — that is a product principle, not a promo line.
