How it works (today)

• 1. Share your link. Anyone who signs up via trainedby.fit/pricing?ref=<your code> is attributed to you.
• 2. They become qualified the moment their first invoice is paid.
• 3. You earn 30% of their paid amount for the first 12 months, then 10% for as long as they remain a paying coach. Your terms are locked the day you joined.
• 4. Earnings qualify after the hold window. New commissions sit as pending for a qualification period after the invoice clears. Once the window passes they move to available and can be requested for payout. This is the main control — it avoids clawing back money that already reached your account.
• 5. Request a payout when your available balance for a currency clears the minimum (£40 / $50 / ₹4,000). We'll review every request manually before settling. Pending-held earnings are never included in a request.
